Internships
Internship opportunities are designed to provide students and recent graduates with practical learning experiences that complement their academic or professional development. Internship listings should include learning objectives, supervision arrangements, duration, working schedule, and any applicable compensation or benefits.
Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteer opportunities enable organizations to recruit individuals interested in contributing their skills, knowledge, or time to community, humanitarian, educational, environmental, or social impact initiatives. Volunteer listings should clearly indicate that the opportunity is unpaid where applicable and describe any available reimbursements, allowances, or recognition provided to volunteers.
Short-Term Contracts
Short-term contract opportunities are project-based or time-limited engagements intended for individuals providing specialized services or completing defined assignments. Contract listings should specify the expected duration, scope of work, deliverables, payment terms where applicable, and contract completion requirements.

Every opportunity listing should clearly identify the opportunity title, organization, opportunity type, work arrangement, location, responsibilities, qualifications, experience requirements, duration where applicable, compensation or benefits where applicable, application deadline, and recruitment process.
Organizations should avoid exaggerated language, misleading claims, or unrealistic qualification requirements that may discourage qualified candidates or misrepresent the opportunity.

Verification badges indicate that an organization has satisfied X-Perience's verification requirements at the time of review. Verification status may be reviewed periodically and may be withdrawn where verification requirements are no longer satisfied or where policy violations occur. Organizations must not misuse or misrepresent their verification status in any manner.
27. Verification Review
X-Perience reserves the right to review, suspend, revoke, or request renewed verification at any time where additional information is required or where concerns arise regarding the authenticity or conduct of an organization.
