Our founder, Paul Emmanuel Mbongeya, a 28-year-old Cameroonian visionary, lived this reality firsthand. Like many ambitious students, he completed his studies full of dreams but soon realized that passion alone was not enough. Opportunities were scarce, guidance was limited, and the pathway to professional growth was often blocked by misinformation, fake listings, and systems that failed to connect learning with employability.

What began as personal frustration soon transformed into purpose. Paul saw that the challenge was not individual it was structural, affecting a wide population across Cameroon and beyond. Education, industry, and youth potential were operating in separate worlds. Solving this required more than another job board; it demanded a complete reimagination of how students, institutions, and employers interact.
